Unfortunately, Congress and the U.S. Housing Department (HUD) discontinued the downpayment assistance program. No program or funding was established in its place.
You may let your Congressman and Senators know how not having the downpayment assistance program has effected you. Try contacting your lender to see if there is an alternative program.
