In partnership with AmeriDream, the Association for Homeowners Across America (AHAA) has responded to the needs of its members in these uncertain times by introducing its newest member benefit, DreamKeeper. This comprehensive mortgage protection plan is designed to protect homeowners from the most common threats to continued home ownership: unexpected involuntary job loss and being unable to work due to a disability.
“Thank goodness someone is acting to help us homeowners.
This program is great, everyone should have it!"
J Edwards, Portland, OR
DreamKeeper is a mortgage payment relief program available to AHAA members only, but if your homebuyer becomes an AHAA member at the time they receive an AmeriDream gift they will get a substantial discount on the one-time premium. It is a simple and easy step to take to protect homebuyers from unexpected involuntary job loss or disability. No one plans to have it happen to them; but thousands face it every day in our country, through no fault of their own.
“This addresses needs for the American homeowner
and it comes at a time that is crucial.
Finally someone is doing something real”
A Olivio, Sandusky, OH
DreamKeeper provides participants with up to $2,000 per month for up to four months in the event of job loss from either involuntary unemployment or disability. DreamKeeper allows you to offer a program that best fits your homebuyer's needs. You can choose coverage for one or two years of unexpected involuntary job loss with disability coverage or for just unexpected involuntary job loss. Whatever you choose, at the end of the term of coverage, the homebuyer can renew with the same program or tailor one that makes them feel most comfortable.
“AHAA has recognized an important element of owning a home.
Peace of mind, protection of family and investment, a safety bridge
in times of unexpected distress, these are nice things in today’s world.”
J Sobak, Port Orange, FL
No one can guarantee that they will never be unemployed or be out of work with a disability. A home purchase is the largest investment most of us will ever make; and for most of us, it is the path to stability and wealth. This program provides a safety net at a reasonable cost to insure the dream when times get tough.
