1. Once the borrower’s gift application gets approved, AmeriDream will send instructions to close.
2. Sign and date AmeriDream’s Settlement Agent Confirmation form.
3. Fax form to AmeriDream 24 hours before closing.
4. AmeriDream will wire gift amount to you for buyers’ down payment and closing costs
5. Close the loan that uses AmeriDream’s Downpayment Gift Program.
6. Collect the seller service fee from the seller’s proceeds at closing.
7. Wire service fee funds to AmeriDream.
