1. Enroll your home in the AmeriDream Down Payment Gift Program by submitting an enrollment form.
2. Accept an offer from a buyer who wants to use AmeriDream’s Downpayment Gift Program.
3. At settlement, the title company will withhold AmeriDream’s service fee from the proceeds of the sale of your home.
4. Contact your local AmeriDream representative for additional assistance.

DreamKeeper Mortgage Payment Protection Program

DreamKeeper is a unique mortgage payment protection program that provides the industry's most comprehensive mortgage payment protection along with the down payment gift. DreamKeeper offers protection against two of the most probable threats to the borrower's ability to pay their mortgage: involuntary unemployment and disability.

A homebuyer receives an AmeriDream down payment gift and mortgage payment protection in one convenient program - DreamKeeper. Should the homeowner become involuntarily unemployed or disabled DreamKeeper will cover the borrowers principle, interest, taxes and insurance (PITI) up to $2000 per month for 4 consecutive months (8 months total coverage) with no vesting period.
