How much is the fee?

 
There is a service fee charge that is based on the property’s contract sales price. The fee varies depending on the needs of the homebuyer. A significant portion of the fee is used to replenish funds in the AmeriDream Home Fund. The remaining funds from the service fee are used to further advance the mission of AmeriDream and its activities that expand affordable housing opportunities and increases homeownership for more individuals and families.

To determine a specific fee, a seller enrolls a home in the AmeriDream Down Payment Assistance Program and the exact fee will be calculated.
