AmeriDream, Inc. and SMI Team Up with Grabaflyer™

GAITHERSBURG, Md. (March 7, 2005) – AmeriDream, Inc, the nation’s leader  in providing affordable housing opportunities, today announced its wholly-owned marketing firm, Satellite Marketing, Inc. (SMI), has entered into an agreement with Grabaflyer to cross promote their services in the home buying industry. Grabaflyer is a web based service that allows real estate professionals and home sellers to provide electronic flyers to prospective buyers and other real estate professionals.

“Grabaflyer, like AmeriDream and SMI, offers a service to the real estate industry that enhances the selling process by expanding the number of potential buyers,” said Ann Ashburn, AmeriDream President and CEO.  “We feel it’s a natural fit to link together and spread the word about our great services.  AmeriDream, SMI and Grabaflyer are working together to help homebuyers overcome obstacles to homeownership.”

As part of teaming up, AmeriDream and Grabaflyer will develop mutual web-site links, permit a sharing of field representation, include each others information in home selling and other marketing materials, and also include the sharing of information at homebuyer fairs and trade shows.

“We couldn’t be happier to associate with AmeriDream and SMI,” said Dennis Kviz, CEO of Portland, Oregon based Grabaflyer. “Their nationwide market presence and in-the-field activity should help us significantly increase exposure for Grabaflyer.  So far, once people learn about us, they appreciate our service and value it immediately.  We do not displace existing activity, rather augment and enhance it very economically.”

Grabaflyer is an easy to use on-line application combined with on-site coded signs that allows prospective home purchasers to access information on a particular home instantly via the web.  Simultaneously, the information is broadcast to interested Realtors and potential homebuyers based on their specified criteria (e.g. location, price, square footage, etc) using the proprietary Grabaflyer InstAlert™ system.
